After checkout, the profile-building details will be reviewed so the city page, sponsor link, and claim/article connections can be published correctly. If this was a Stripe subscription claim, it renews annually unless future renewal is canceled before the renewal date.
Helpful details to include
City and state, sponsor name, sponsor website, preferred public description, contact name, receipt email, logo link or image instructions, and whether resell/transfer rights were added.
Renewal reminder: canceling renewal stops future billing only. Current claim terms are final once accepted and published.
Order/profile messages route to the fulfillment inbox configured for city claims.
