City Pixels™ by Side Eye Tom™ is a curated, U.S.-focused digital sponsorship and storytelling platform operated by Fallen House Media LLC. By using this site, submitting a claim, purchasing a placement, or providing content for publication, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Claim Terms, and the City Pixels Content Standards.
1. City Claims are digital placements
A City Claim is an annual digital sponsorship/listing placement connected to a city profile, map marker, article, approved link, or related public-facing story. A City Claim does not give the claimer ownership of a municipality, government authority, trademark rights in a city name, zoning authority, guaranteed traffic, guaranteed sales, or legal exclusivity in a geographic market.
2. U.S.-focused claim links
City Pixels accepts only U.S.-based, public-facing claim links approved by Fallen House Media LLC. International claim links are not part of the City Pixels platform.
3. Editorial approval
Purchase or submission does not guarantee publication of any specific wording, quote, image, link, city-story angle, sponsor material, or campaign. Side Eye Tom and Fallen House Media LLC retain final editorial approval over all public-facing content and may reject, edit, remove, decline, or refund any claim or material that does not fit the platform.
4. Content standards
City Pixels is designed as a wholesome, edgy-but-safe media environment. Claims and links involving pornography, sexually explicit material, adult entertainment, smoking, vaping, tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs, hateful material, harassment, private accusations, explicit content, or content unsuitable for a family-growable media network are not approved.
City Pixels also does not approve political campaign links, ballot campaign links, partisan election materials, religious proselytizing, sectarian advocacy, occult or ritual promotion, controversial medical-procedure advocacy, medical claims requiring clinical advice, or issue campaigns that Fallen House Media LLC determines are outside the platform’s brand mission. Public-safe charitable health awareness and verified resource links may be considered when they fit the brand standard.
5. Submitted materials
By submitting text, quotes, images, links, logos, names, videos, or other materials, you confirm that you have the rights and permission necessary for Fallen House Media LLC to review, edit, display, link, and publish those materials in connection with the City Pixels platform. You are responsible for the truthfulness and rights clearance of your submission.
6. No false endorsement
Claimers may not imply that a city, government office, public agency, celebrity, business, nonprofit, church, school, team, or other organization endorses, sponsors, or approves a claim unless they have authorization to make that statement.
7. Payments, renewals, and refunds
City Claims are annual digital sponsorship/listing placements. Annual subscription claims renew unless future renewal is canceled before the renewal date. Canceling future renewal does not create a prorated refund for the current claim term. Refunds may be offered for duplicate purchases, unavailable cities, rejected claims, billing errors, or other situations at Fallen House Media LLC’s discretion.
8. Availability and launch reservations
City availability may be subject to private invitation, founder claims, house claims, sponsorship discussions, prior reservations, or editorial approval before public release. Once a city is released for public purchase, approved claims are generally processed by successful checkout timestamp, subject to final content and brand approval.
9. Intellectual property
City Pixels™, Side Eye Tom™, the site design, artwork, written copy, map presentation, character designs, sponsor materials, brand assets, and related creative elements are owned by Fallen House Media LLC or used with permission. No license is granted except by written agreement.
10. Prohibited use
Unauthorized copying, scraping, cloning, automated harvesting, reverse engineering for copycat commercial use, redistribution, or commercial reuse of this site’s code, artwork, copy, map presentation, character designs, sponsor materials, brand assets, or data structure is prohibited.
11. Accessibility
Fallen House Media LLC aims to make City Pixels usable by as many people as possible, including people using keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced-motion settings, and assistive technology. If you have trouble using the site, contact us so we can review the issue.
12. Changes
Fallen House Media LLC may update these terms, content standards, prices, pages, features, and claim processes as the platform grows. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the updated terms.
